WILLIAM B. CREAGER, P.E.
Mr. Creager is a registered civil and structural engineer in several states and has 32 years experience in structural design and project management. Currently, he is President of CBH Consulting Engineers Inc., where he is responsible for overall technical and business operations for the firm. Previously, he was Vice President and Structural Department Manager for Creegan + D'Angelo Engineers of San Jose, California, where he was responsible for overall structural design operations for the firm's Phoenix office. Prior to that, he was a staff structural engineer, project engineer and field engineer for Benson and Gerdin Consulting Engineers in Phoenix, Arizona, and prior to that he was a design engineer and field engineer with Bechtel Power Corporation in Los Angeles, California.
President of Consulting Engineering Firm -- Overall responsibility for technical quality of structural design produced in office, principal engineer for complex projects, marketing of professional services and the financial and business management of the firm.
Structural Department Manager - Overall responsibility for all aspects of structural design documents produced by office staff, including developing calculations, specifications and drawings for residential, commercial and industrial buildings and special structures. Design work includes a multitude of warehouses, low rise office buildings, banks, schools, restaurants, auditoriums, gymnasiums, resorts, hotels, industrial buildings of all types for light and heavy industry, and bridges.
Principal Structural Engineer - In responsible charge for developing the comprehensive structural design documents for buildings and structures for commercial, industrial and military applications. Design work included commercial and industrial buildings of all types, in addition to specialized military structures, such as aircraft hangers, explosive resistant buildings, test laboratories, towers, armament facilities, and vehicle maintenance facilities.
Staff Structural Engineer - Responsible for the structural design of many types of commercial and industrial buildings and other structures using reinforced concrete, structural steel, prestressed concrete, masonry and timber materials.
Resident Field Engineer - Responsible for field inspection of construction for concrete, steel, masonry and timber structures to assure compliance with construction documents, and the interpretation and resolution of field issues with respect to code regulations and design guidelines.
